1. NAME, SEAT AND OTHER DATA ABOUT THE COMPETITION ORGANISER
The competition organiser is MANPOWER DOO BEOGRAD, 11g Bulevar Milutina Milankovića Street, 7th floor, 11070 New Belgrade, Company Number: 20409550, Tax Identification Number: 105543818 (hereinafter: “Organiser”).
2. NAME AND PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION
Name of the competition is “Human Driven Reshape” (hereinafter: Competition). The Competition is organised for the purpose of selecting the best HR business practice and promotion of the Competition’s participants as well as the Organiser.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open for:
- Legal entities and other forms of organising which are registered at the territory of the Republic of Serbia. All the organisational forms have the opportunity to apply (limited liability companies, entrepreneurs etc.).
- HR business practices with the appropriate organisational forms which satisfy the competition criteria.
4. DURATION OF THE COMPETITION
The competition is opened for application and participation from July 09, 2024, starting from 00:01 until August 09, 2024, at 23:59. All those applicants who are not shortlisted shall be informed via electronic mail.
5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
In order to participate in the competition, it is necessary to fill out a form on THIS LINK that contains questions about the company and the nominated project/practice, and it is necessary to accept the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Notice on the processing of personal data, Consent on the processing of personal data and the Contest rules.
All the participants in the Competition are responsible for the costs and expenses arising from their participation therein.
6. WINNERS SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
First stage
After the expiration of the Contest period, the Organizer will perform an administrative check of the applications received for the Contest that were sent during the period defined by the rules. The second stage will include the five contest participants with the highest number of points on the application form (the maximum number of points is 24). If two or more projects have the same number of points, the members of the expert jury have the right to choose which five projects proceed to the second round.
Organiser may appoint and dismiss at its own discretion the members of a professional jury.
Second stage
During the second round, representatives of the 5 business practices, in order to further explain the practices, record video materials answering unified questions. In addition, Teams calls will be organized with members of the expert jury.
The decision on ranking the first five places will be made based on the votes of the jury (maximum 24 points) and the votes of the public through public voting at the HDR event.
If two or more participants receive the same number of points, the jury votes will have the advantage.
The expert jury has the discretionary right to choose one winner of the Contest. The winner can win the prize only once. The prize winner will be contacted by the Organizer.
7. AWARD
After the voting is completed, the awarded three business practices with the highest number of points will be announced at a ceremonial event.
The winner of the Contest (first place) receives participation in a workshop of social enterprises worth €300. Winners of the second, third, fourth, and fifth places receive products from social enterprises worth €150. The prizes within this contest are designed to support social entrepreneurship, providing financial and professional assistance to projects that contribute to sustainable development and social responsibility in the community.
If any of the winners refuse to accept the prize, it will be awarded to the next ranked participant. The prize is not transferable and once won, it cannot be gifted by the winner to another form of organization or individual.
Participants do not have the right to request a different prize or a prize in larger quantities than those specified in these Rules.
The prize cannot be exchanged for other products or services. After the awarding of the prize, all obligations of the Organizer towards the winner and the holders of the second and third places cease. Participants in the Contest agree, without exception, that the Organizer may use the data provided through the Contest for marketing and promotional activities without any compensation to the Participants.
The Organizer will not be held responsible under any circumstances and in any way for delays, changes, disturbances, interruptions, diversions or replacements, unavailability of the prize due to public holidays or other circumstances that may affect the availability or enjoyment of the prizes.
The Organizer will not be held responsible if the failure to fulfill obligations arises from force majeure, nor if the awarding of the prize was not possible because the data provided by the Participant was inaccurate.
8. DISCLAIMER
In no case shall the Organiser or any third party, or a subject involved in provision of the hosting services, creation, design or distribution of a webpage be considered responsible for any direct, indirect, accidental, special or consequential damage which might occur due to participation or the inability to participate in the Competition.
