Our values are knowledge, people and innovations. All the values are equally important to us, but in any sequence we place the people first. To place declaratively the human capital first is very important. We strive to work something even more important, and that is to practically empower the good business practices. That is why we have launched the “Human Driven Reshape” project which aims to promote the good business practices which focus on taking care about the people.
“Primary goal of the project is to select, with the aid of professional jury, the best HR business practice which brings values for the employees, company and society.
Business practice implies a company’s sustainable business practice (practice has been applied for at least 2 years) which brings value for the employees, company and society.
Besides the primary goal of promoting the good and human-centred business practices, a motive for pursuing this project is to improve the business environment through motivating the other legal entities to engage in similar actions.
A low level of talent unemployment and brain drain increase are the additional motivators for domestic and global companies to take even more into account the needs of human capital, while defining the strategies.
In an ever more competitive market, which increasingly inclines towards the candidates, companies must ask themselves whether they are on the right side. This is important, not only for attracting the talents, but for the employee retention as well.”
